As Law A4075/3229 requires, the Northern Valley School High School district has established a Threat Assessment Team. Its purpose is to proactively identify students at risk of engaging in violent and harmful acts and develop strategies to intervene with those students. The identities of students who come to the team's attention will be kept confidential. If you become aware of a student presenting safety concerns, you may anonymously report using this form.

An incident that falls under a threat assessment may lead to one or more of the following: a code of conduct violation (as per NVRHS BOE Policy 5131) a suspension (as per NVRHS BOE Policy 5114) and/or risk assessment (NVRHS BOE Policy 5141.6/ and Regulation 5141.6)
